To be honest I don’t know if his name is Jasper, but I felt the need to give him a name, and Jasper seemed to fit. He is one of the retired horses that lives near me. I couldn’t resist giving him a little scratch on the head. Could you resist that face?
If I found him in the house I would be concerned, but outside in the planter box I can sit back, and admire his beauty.
Seriously, how did they get out? If they decided to meander either way down the fire road they will run into two different residential neighborhoods. Hopefully the green grass keeps them occupied, and the rancher returns soon! I love living this close to so much nature though.
